Cartoon showing an urban sprawl with high rises and large roads clogged with cars. At the end of the sprawl we see cranes building new buildings, while trees are cut down and nature is demolished to make room for urban expansion. The urban area has the shape of a giant head with a gaping mouth, with a large roundabout where all the roads converge forming the eye, while the teeth are formed by the cranes and the buildings under construction.
