RAUL FERNANDO ZULETA (Colombia 1983). Visual Artist, Cartoonist, Professor of Art and Art Historian. Education: Masters in Art History (University of Antioquia, Colombia, 2011), Master of Fine Arts (National University of Colombia, 2006).
He has won over 35 international awards in different countries, among these awards a prize at the prestigious World Press Cartoon Sintra competition (third cartoon) Portugal 2013. Also has been selected in more than 60 competitions and exhibitions alrdedor cartoon world. His cartoons is published in many catalogs and newspapers.
