He was also managing editor of The Takoma Voice, a small-town newspaper 2012-2016. He worked as an English-instructor/editor in Ukraine from 2019 to 2022. Currently based in New Hampshire, he continues to illustrate, cartoon, teach English and write. He also occasionally visits Ukraine.
