Fahd Al-Bahady – Cartoonist & Lawyer

Biography:

Fahd Al-Bahady is a Syrian cartoonist and lawyer, born in 1983. He began his artistic career in 2005, publishing works that reflect deep social and political insight, while maintaining a strong visual identity rooted in simplicity and powerful symbolism.

Fahd has worked with several Arab and international newspapers and platforms, including Al Jazeera Net, Al-Araby Al-Jadeed, Al-Sharq Qatar, and Al-Quds Al-Arabi. He is a member of Cartooning for Peace and Cartoon Movement, engaging actively in global cartoon initiatives.

For 13 years, Fahd published under the pseudonym "Ahmad Rahmeh" due to his arrest by the Syrian regime during the early days of the Syrian revolution, continuing to use his art as a voice for freedom and human dignity.
