The Dictator

This cartoon was drawn during the time when rebel student leaders took control following the fall of former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina. During that period, incidents of vandalism targeting valuable properties increased, and a form of mob culture began to emerge in the country, often with support from right-wing extremist groups.

At the same time, there were growing online and offline attacks on artists, especially cartoonists. This piece was created as a response to that moment.
