Alen Lauzán

Born in Havana, Cuba, in 1974. He lives in Chile since 2000. He is currently editor of MAZZANTINI on line magazine, revistamazzantini.com (cuban political satire) At the moment He currently publishes his drawings in Diario de Cuba, ADN Cuba, Yucabyte, Matraca, Courrier International... He has illustrated books by various authors and participated in several books and group exhibitions. Between 2003 and 2010 he worked for the Chilean weekly The Clinic. He drew for the newspaper El Gráfico (Chile). In Chile he published his drawings in several magazines and newspapers. In Cuba he worked in the graphic humor newspaper Dedeté between 1995 and 2000. In 2013 and 2014 he published daily in Yahoo! NEWS. He has several published books of graphic humor, children's illustration and comics. His drawings have been distributed by Caglecartoons (USA) and Cartonclub (Mexico) and published in newspapers and magazines in Europe, USA and South America. He has designed characters, backgrounds for animations and album covers.
