UNDER INVESTIGATION Next Number: 000

Four months have passed since the U.S. airstrike on the Shajareh Tayyebeh school in Minab, an attack that, according to Amnesty International, killed more than 150 people, including 120 children.

Yet no clear public report has been released. U.S. officials continue to refer to an ongoing investigation, while the victims’ families and the public continue to wait for truth, accountability, and justice.

At this point, the delay is no longer merely bureaucratic. When a tragedy of this magnitude is left in a waiting room for months, time itself becomes a tool of erosion, diminishing public attention, weakening political pressure, and gradually reducing the moral weight of the massacre.

An investigation that produces no answers after four months looks less like a search for the truth and more like a way of burying it.

Yes you are correct. thank you very much for the education reminder on past hidden investigation findings. If everyone would just follow the theory of honesty is the best policy. All would be better. . In a perfect world of course.
Please stay strong and never stop sharing your satire,.

Thank you. I actually think investigations often do exist, but the problem is that their findings are kept hidden, delayed, classified, or released only after public pressure becomes impossible to ignore.
History has shown this pattern before. The Pentagon Papers exposed years of deception about Vietnam. My Lai was investigated, but the truth reached the public because of whistleblowers and journalists. Abu Ghraib became undeniable only after leaked photographs and reporting. The Afghanistan Papers also showed how much officials knew privately while saying something very different publicly.
So my point is not only “there is no investigation.” My point is that an investigation kept invisible for months can become another form of concealment.
Delay is not neutral. Time can be used to exhaust outrage, lower pressure, and slowly bury the massacre.

Beautifully drawn. The truth is being hidden, as everything else in the United States. Lets be truthful, do you really think there is an investigation? I highly doubt it. Just a rouse to keep all quiet. As long this administration is in office, the truth will never be told about anything. So many lies. Just so sad. This in not the country I know and love.
