RIP Charlie Kirk and Free Speech
Charlie Kirk didn’t deserve to die over his 1st Amendment rights. Jimmy Kimmel & Colbert didn’t deserve to be canceled over their 1st Amendment rights. trump and his rogue FCC are not supposed to be in the business of weaponizing speech…but they are... and I should be free to say it! America the citizen killing machine and now America the silenced..... under the trump regime.

It seems in all of our countries those against trump etc authoritarian moves must get much better at messaging.... but here in the states the FOX, OAN, NEWSMAX right wing bull horns are very loud.... easy to be loud if you don't care about the truth. Even the Wall Street Journal ... a Murdock paper.. is sounding the alarm. That says something. As for Kirk.... his death is energizing the "Christian" Nationalism right as they strip help to those in need. Costs are high...but who cares...trump has his project of a gold ballroom at the White House and billionaires will get their tax cuts ....... and the madness grows.

Enrico, here in Brazil the situation seems to be worse. "Patriotic" Bolsonaro supporters are at war with imaginary enemies they call communists. They complain about the lack of freedom of expression while applauding Trump's outrageous actions against the free world, including the absurd 50% tax rate against their own country. They take to the streets waving the flags of the United States and Israel, which they call a Christian country. Pure insanity.
Here in Italy Meloni's Fratelli d'Italia right wing party and Matteo Salvini's Lega Nord political movement pay a tribute to the "patriot" Charlie Kirk ( "one of us" as Salvini said) and try to exploit his death (a story that has nothing to do with the italian situation) for their right wing political propaganda.
Members of Meloni's party just say that in Italy we are turnimg back to the seventies, when extreme left terrorist groups terrorize the country: clearly a propagandist paradox for in Italy there is no 'communist' terroristic menace at the moment. They seem not to understand that play this dangerous game could have bad consuequences for all of us.
