Druzhba pipeline
Tensions between Kyiv and two of its neighbors, Hungary and Slovakia, have grown over an outage on the Druzhba oil pipeline, which crosses Ukrainian territory and supplies Russian crude to both countries, the only EU member states still importing Russian oil under exemptions from the bloc’s sanctions.
Hungary’s Prime Minister Viktor Orbán and Slovakia’s Prime Minister Robert Fico, who both maintain comparatively friendly relations with Moscow, accuse Ukraine of delaying the restart of oil flows for political reasons.
