WE MUST NOT HIDE THE TRUTH

Macabre torture used by the CIA to interrogate terrorism suspects in secret jails during the Presidency of George Bush emerged Tuesday. The report is the product of research conducted over four years by the Senate Intelligence Committee. The intelligence services tried repeatedly to torpedo its publication. The State Department opposed until the last moment its publication on the grounds that could result in retaliation against American overseas interests because because it denies the arguments of the Bush administration and the Agency defending the Repertoire of crimes in the name of security. «Reinforced interrogation techniques were effective for information correct "and denies that this information would serve to 'abort' attacks.
If it had not been for the courage of Dianne Feinstein, the outgoing Chair of the Intelligence Committee, (who fought against the opposition of Republicans and resisted pressure from the White House to restrict as little as possible the declassified document), the document possibly not had come to light. "History will judge us by our commitment to a society governed by law and our will to confront the ugly truth and say: 'Never again'", said yesterday in his appearance in the Senate.
The CIA, on the other hand, tried to subtract credibility to the document ensuring that «it has only a part of the truth» and has "too many shortcomings to become the official record of the program".

Hitler also believed that his regime was a democracy because it managed to drag the masses to his Nazi thinking. Within the same country citizens have different ideologies and backgrounds and the Jews of the Israeli parliament who are against the discrimnación of citizens by origin, religion or ideology are no less Jews that Jews who consider indispensable racial purity to be first-class citizen. We have not learned the errore Nazis who sought to exterminate the Jewish people

Hitler also had the majority. Fortunately, not all Germans thought like Hitler and the minority with international support stopped the madness of the dictator who, as usual with dictators, spread his madness to the masses. I want the sensible minority of Israel Parliament, with international support, wins out over the fanatical majority. We should all remember that ultra-nationalism and religious fanaticism have promoted the greatest crimes throughout history

Israel’s Cabinet on Sunday gave its approval to legislation defining Israel as the national homeland of the Jewish people, a measure critics decried as racist and a threat to democracy

The moves were likely to fuel tensions between Israel and its Arab citizens, who make up about 20% of the population, and between Israeli authorities and the 300,000 Palestinians who live in East Jerusalem, which was annexed by Israel in 1967 in a move that was not internationally recognized. Most of the Palestinians have residency rights but not citizenship.
But most observers see short-term coalition politics as the driving force behind the current debate, as Netanyahu jockeys to consolidate his support among his right-wing base, and more centrist elements of his government gird themselves for a confrontation, perhaps as early as this week, that could lead to a splintering of the ruling coalition

A war crime is a serious violation of the laws and customs of war (also known as international humanitarian law) giving rise to individual criminal responsibility. Examples of war crimes such as: murdering, mistreating, or deporting civilian residents of an occupied territory , killing hostages wantonly destroying cities, towns, villages, or any object not warranted by military necessity Article 22 of The Hague IV ("Laws of War: Laws and Customs of War on Land (Hague IV); October 18, 1907") states that: "The right of belligerents to adopt means of injuring the enemy is not unlimited." Over the last century, many other treaties have introduced positive laws that place constraints on belligerents. Some of the provisions, such as those in the The Hague and the Geneva Conventions and the Genocide Convention, are considered to be part of customary international law, and are binding on all.[3][4] Others are only binding on individuals if the belligerent power to which they belong is a party to the treaty which introduced the constraint.

The glorifying terrorism is terrorism discourse, whether spoken or written in defense or praise of acts or terrorism. Not an apology or an opinion on these practices or their executors, but a defense alignment with these behaviors. It is an aggravation of entrapment, which is also in itself a criminal practice, but its special character is classified and grief with increased strength. The vast majority of criminal codes punish these practices by its inductive nature and the close relationship with the figure of the mastermind. The main reason to see this is a crime that no one can use your words to praise criminal acts because it can contribute to more crimes of this or similar nature.

In many states there are terrorist groups and even paramilitary groups are state´s are state´s terrorism. All kinds of terrorism is reprehensible. And there are some states that do not need paramilitary terrorist groups because it is a terrorist state occupying land that is not theirs and massacring innocent people. Against all forms of terrorism, we must cry all we do not support barbarism or our state or the other. And who advocates any kind of terrorism (state or otherwise) with his words becomes an accomplice of terrorism. The defense of terrorism is a crime. And it should be tried in international courts. IE executions are terrorism, massacres in Gaza are terrorist. Anyone who defends them is a terrorist and should report it. Freedom of ideas does not mean freedom to commit crimes
