Despite child labor laws in China, child laborers continues to be a problem in China. These child laborers work in agriculture, domestics, trade and services, and manufacturing, even in the making of toys. Children in rural and poor areas are most vulnerable to going into child labor, and many become bonded laborers as impoverished families sell their children's labor to employers for desperately needed money.
As I send this edited cartoon to the News Room, the Occupy Wall Street camp in NYC is being destroyed. Tents, electronics, books and everything is being put in dumpsters and hauled away.
