Seems ironic – if not overtly inconsistent. Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn, who spent years imprisoned in a Gulag might not have shared that view.
Later, at a community meeting in Gary, Indiana, he said: "I didn't know that it was a crime to write a good book which turns out to be a bestseller,"
"Our Revolution," released in Nov 2016, a week after Donald Trump won, made Times' bestseller list.
