14 indictments for FIFA officials, but no arrests for Wall St. bankers responsible for global currency manipulation and other crimes.
Well said! Just threw a vote in.
You're reading my mind here, man. In the middle of all this hell-raising about corruption in the FIFA, I can't help wondering about two things:
1. The US can't seem to get worked up to prosecute Citibank, AIG or Goldman Sachs, but it can dash halfway around the world to collar the executives of a damn' football league.
2. Stop me if I'm wrong, but wasn't FIFA getting ready to decide on banning Israel from World Cup play right before all this hell broke loose?
