The European Cartoon Award (ECA) has announced the 3 finalists of the 2024 edition of the contest. Their names are Tjeerd Royaards (The Netherlands), Steven Lectrr Degryse (Belgium) and Victor Solís (Mexico). The three finalists were selected among the hundreds of entries received by the European Cartoon Award, from 24 countries. The winner will be announced at Cartoons Day in The Hague on October 17.
