Rules of conduct
Our service includes a strong participatory aspect allowing our subscribers to publish in spaces, pitch stories, discuss and share information. Your account allows you to publish comments and pitch story ideas. To post in these categories you must register, and the content will publicly available.
If any of your comments are deemed abusive or otherwise not relevant, VJ Movement reserves the right to remove your contributions. The following is deemed as "unacceptable behaviour" and can be subject to removal: posting pornographic material, spam, abusive or hateful treatment of other members on the VJ Movement website.
You should be aware of the fact that your pitches might be used for cartoons and videos. You agree to provide VJ Movement lawful and reasonable access to this information.
Retention of personal information
Generally, VJ Movement keeps your personal information only as long as it needs to in order to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law. For example, if you send a written inquiry to us, we will retain your letter long enough to deal with your request, and for a reasonable time thereafter in order to satisfy ourselves that no further follow-up is required. In some cases, VJ Movement is required by law to keep your personal information for a specified period of time. For example, where information is collected for financial transactions such as credit or debit purchases or refunds, VJ Movement is required to retain this information for seven years for audit purposes.
