The difference is that the media only see violence NOW as bad, because now they can pin it on a conservative kid who was defending businesses (despite being himself attacked by armed rioters).
That violencet wasn't a problem for the media for 95+ days, when it was marxist thugs being violent, causing 2000+ wounded officers and 16+ deaths...
