The government of Al-JULANI joins the global coalition against ISIS.

Abu Muhammad al-Julani, the Syrian interim president, was once a dangerous terrorist himself, having been affiliated with ISIS, then al-Qaeda, and later the Nusra Front. He adheres to a jihadist ideology. After assuming power in Syria, he decided to join the international coalition against ISIS. However, the majority of the men whom al-Julani relies on are individuals accused of terrorism and who raise ISIS slogans.
