Maltese Magistrate Joe Mifsud ruling condoning hate-speech. A complaint filed by social inclusion campaigner Sara Ezabe after Brandon Bartolo wrote on far-right Għaqda Patrijotti Maltin’s Facebook page: "Tmur tihdu fox kemm anda … awnhekk edin pajjizna .. ahna religjon wihed biss … huma guests iridu jimxu al ligijiet tagna … ma jogobomx?? Fuck off back to your country!” Loosely translated - "Why doesn't she go fuck her self ... this is our country .. we only have one religion ... they are guests who need to follow our laws...they don't like it?? Fuck off back to your country!”
