Feeding with propaganda

CLAP is: the Venezuelan government controls the population - most of them without the possibility of feeding themselves - giving them a bag of food with special price every so often with the only condition that you have “El Carnet de la Patria”. What is this? An identification that keeps your record and forces you to support the government in different official manifestations. If you do not obey or if you protest against it, you will be stripped of your country card and CLAP food bags. What is sad? That the food is mostly rotten or of poor quality.
