In Defiance

I am a 17 year-old US artist. "In Defiance" is about the First Amendment, which is freedom of speech. Freedom of speech is for everyone in America. The document is torn because Trump is trying to take it. An example is the attacks on left-leaning groups and minorities and the assault on media by calling it fake news. They attempt to prevent these groups from being heard. The Constitution is torn in half because Trump is negating a U.S value. The elephant (republican) is stomping the donkey (democrat) because they want those who voted against him to shut up, or agree with their beliefs.
