Anti-Gay Bill in Uganda
In spite of a successful campaign by the Civil Society Coalition on Human Rights and Constitutional Law (CSCHRCL) within Uganda that prevented the Bill's passage when it was introduced in 2009, the Anti-Homosexuality Bill has reappeared on the agenda of the Ugandan Parliament.

hi, i really like this cartoon, because it depics the issue of homosexuality in Uganda . if you've read my comment can you please contact me or give me a response, because i'm working on a school project and i have to contact cartoonists to show them a idea of mine and of that idea cartoonists can draw something.
