Arab League Monitors in Syria

The observers in Syria (part of the Arab League peace plan) are not very successful in stopping the violence of the Syrian government against the population. Amidst continuing government crackdowns on demonstrations, there are now calls to withdraw the observers from Syria. This cartoon was republished by Radio Netherlands Worldwide.
