Perhaps your reading is correct, Gianfranco. My first reading still too mischievous probably went beyond the intentions of the author. I agree that there is indifference of the people, but I also think there are many governments (USA, France, UK, Israel, Turkey, Jordan and the Gulf petroil-monarchies) very active to destabilize Syria and to repeat the "humanitarian massacre" of Libya. Sorry for the “political utterances”; I will confine myself to comment on the technical aspects and appreciation of cartoons. :-)

Excuse me Victor, but I have to go against the current and speak out .. I respect very much your design and your art, but I do not like this cartoon .. I think one of the problems of the contemporary world is that the mass media write or broadcast too many false and distorted news .. Then, conditioned by the lies, the cartoonists and other artists do their work .. Are you sure that is just the regime in Syria to kill people? Perhaps would you like that after the massacre in Libya, the “real criminals” of NATO bombing Syria? Some UN officials are corrupt and accomplices, I think .. Today the imperialist wars camouflage themselves as humanitarian aids to countries to plunder .. Nothing new under the sun, only so much hypocrisy and lies! Democracy is just an illusion! Sorry, my note is not against you, is against the mass media.
