Victims of Terror Can Finally Rest in Peace
On September 11, 2001, the towers fell, and thousands of lives were lost at the hand of a madman. On May 1, 2011, U.S. forces succeed in killing Osama bin Laden. Many feel that justice prevailed and those who lost their lives can finally rest in peace.

Well done, Alexander. I love it. It tells the story.
05 Jun 2011Wow, i had no idea this simple cartoon would be so controversial.
05 May 2011yea, what about 500,000 iraqi civilians killed in 1990s embargo on iraq (UN numbers) USA and UK veto against lefting sanctions. now, only 3000 iraqis rest in peace, 497,000 don't.
05 May 2011Very nice image. I am so glad that you are so glad that Bin Laden is cached, murdered, dropped down in the sea and this all makes us so happy. Being happy is very human and a lovely feeling, but i think you just see the surface of this news my friend. Things are much more complicated than what we see or have been told. I would wait and observe more before making a cartoon about such a matter.
02 May 2011Number killed on 9/11: 3,000
Number killed in Afghanistan since 9/11: 17,000
Number killed in Iraq since 9/11: Over 1,000,000
Number of US troops killed since 9/11: 6,000 (35,000 seriously wounded)
Number of Iraqis and Afghans on the 9/11 planes: 0
The victims in New York can now rest in peace ...... When will the victims of Baghdad, Basrah, Fallujah, and Kabul will?
